My name is Novella L. Myers, and I am a versatile professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, software support, marketing, and administrative operations. I currently serve as a Technical Support Analyst at Johns Hopkins University, where I’ve built expertise in problem-solving, leadership, and customer service through various roles since 2003.
Alongside my career, I received a B.S. in Organizational Administration at Morgan State University in December 2025, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA. I am currently a graduate student in the MBA program at the University of Baltimore. Passionate about leadership, organizational strategy, and digital innovation, I aim to drive constructive change while mentoring others and supporting community development.
